Video regarding the set up

Here we have a short video where we explain how easy the setup and usages of the eBay-API is thanks to our plugin.

Customize your lists with the advanced search

A special characteristic of the WordPress plugin of the Affiliate-Toolkit and its interfaces is the convenient query. Just like other interfaces, such as Zanox or affilinet, the eBay interface also supports different queries along with product imports. This allows you to easily find the desired product in the variety of offers and shops on eBay and to advertise it on your WordPress page (taking the API-definition into consideration).

Your lists can be created absolutely flexible and in many different forms. For the corresponding offer, the bid and the link to the offer will be displayed. The function “bid” is not part of the API.

The different functions and fields available for imported explained in detail

The eBay interface offers a vast variety of functions. Products can be easily searched for and imported via the backend of WordPress. The simple query allows you to search using key terms and sorting lists. With the help of the advanced query you can freely search for prices or random search terms and flexibly sort the lists.

The picture, price, and URL of integrated products are updated automatically. Should the product not be available anymore, the plugin sends you an automated e-mail with additional information. All product information from the eBay-API can be immediately edited in the WordPress Backend according to your needs.

The price comparison can be set up either manually or automatically. The information provided by the API concerning the individual products can be edited as needed in the WordPress backend. The eBay-interface guarantees protection against unauthorized access by secured transmitting of encoded HTTP-protocols (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). Price comparisons with the products of other shops can be conducted automatically.

The following information will be available for import from eBay into WordPress thanks to eBay-API:

description, title, and pictures of the products in different sizes (small, medium, large), sale price, respectively the current bid, manufacturer, EAN, picture gallery, affiliate link. The individual information of course depends on the information provided by the seller.

There are certain requirements which need to be met for the installation and usage of the Affiliate-Toolkit plugin and of the eBay interface: It is mandatory that you have an active account with the eBay partner network and a developer account. You can sign up by yourself without any issues. These accounts are available for free.
