Important change at affiliate-toolkit - new license structure from November 15

We would like to inform you in good time about an important change at affiliate-toolkit.
We will be changing our license system and pricing structure from 15 November 2025.

🔄 Why this is necessary

affiliate-toolkit has been around for many years - with a lot of passion, but recently with too little income to continue developing the project in the long term.
We are adjusting our prices and license model so that we can offer regular updates, new functions and fast support.

💰 What will change in concrete terms

New price structure from November 15

The annual licenses will be slightly increased to cover ongoing development and support costs.
In addition, monthly subscriptions will be available in future - ideal for anyone who wants to remain more flexible.
Lifetime licenses will be completely eliminated. Existing lifetime customers will of course retain their access.

⚙️ New license conditions

As of November 15, affiliate-toolkit will only function fully with an active license.
When a license expires:

• The backend (admin area) is restricted.
• Existing products remain visible in the frontend, but:
  • No updates
  • No data sync
  • No support
  • No access to advanced backend functions

This ensures that only active licenses continue to benefit from further development.

🧩 Grandfathering for loyal customers

If you purchase a license before 15 November 2025 and leave your automatic renewal active,
you will remain in the previous model permanently - at your previous prices.
👉 You will not be affected by the changeover.

Only those who cancel their license or manually renew it later,
are considered new customers and are automatically subject to the new prices and conditions.

We want to protect existing customers, secure the project and develop it further -
instead of having to discontinue it at some point.
This change enables us to keep affiliate-toolkit stable, up-to-date and efficient in the long term.
