Can I purchase individual extensions?

No – all essential features are now bundled into our packages. We no longer offer individual extensions for separate purchase. Simply choose the package that best fits your needs – everything is already included.

Do I have to purchase extensions or a plan?

Yes – to unlock advanced features, you’ll need one of our packages. Individual extensions are no longer sold separately. However, you can still use the free base plugin with core functionality – no purchase required.

Do I have to pay extra for support?

No – support is included with all active licenses at no extra cost. We offer support exclusively through our ticket system. Please note: support via forums or other channels is no longer available.

Will affiliate-toolkit and its extensions work with WordPress.com?

Yes. You must have a Business plan with WordPress.com, which supports third-party plugins. We recommend that you don't use a WordPress.com Hosting.

What are the license keys used for?

License keys simply connect your website to ours so that we can send you automatic updates when your license key is in order. A license also activates the extension. Without activation the extension will not work.

Do license keys restrict extension functionality?

Yes, we have decided to limit the functionality. That is, if the extension is not activated or your license expires, the extension will be deactivated and you will not be able to use it again until you reactivate the license.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

If you don’t renew your license, you’ll lose access to updates and support. The plugin will continue to work, but only with the version you last updated to before your license expired.

Do I need a new package if I use the version less than 3.0?

Yes, the old pacakges are not outdated. We will provide updates for existing keys, but you should migrate to the new packages.

Can I request a refund?
